"The Seller is authorized to pass on Customer's personal data to the extent of the purchased goods and e-mail addresses used in purchases on the e-shop site, by the Heureka.cz portal to generate and send customer satisfaction queries under the Verified Customer, to which our e-shop is connected. The operator of the Heureka.cz portal is in the position of a personal data processor in relation to our e-shop within the meaning of § 6 of the Act. No. 101/2000 Coll. on the protection of personal data. The sending of e-mail addresses and data on the goods purchased concerns all customers who have not expressed their opposition to the sending of business communications within the meaning of Section 7 (3) of Act. No. 480/2004 Coll. about some information society services, and is done after every purchase at the e-shop. The operator of the Heureka.cz portal is entitled to forward the e-mail address and use the purchased goods for the sole purpose of generating and submitting a satisfaction questionnaire within the meaning of the Customer Authentication Program Terms available at http://onas.heureka.cz/resources/attachments/p0/60/obchodni-podminky-overeno-zakazniky-heurekacz-2016.pdf.. The Heureka.cz portal handed over the e-mail addresses and purchased goods data stores us for as long as our e-shop is included in the program verified by the customers or the period of time when the customer expresses his disagreement with the sending of business messages to our e-shop or directly to the operator of the Heureka.cz portal for which he is given the opportunity in each individual questionnaire.
