This service is available only for orders shipped within the European Union and paid by bank transfer in euros (SEPA).
If you collect banknotes, postage stamps or other small collectible items, you probably know the situation. You find one or two items you like, but their value is lower than the shipping cost. As a result, the order no longer makes sense and is often postponed indefinitely.
That is why we introduced the Combined Order service. It allows you to place orders gradually, follow newly added items and pay shipping only once – when you decide that your order should be sent.
When placing your first order, select Combined Order in the cart. The minimum value of goods in one order is 260,-CZK (cca € 10,-.) You choose the carrier, select payment by bank transfer and pay for both the goods and shipping.
At this point, the parcel is not shipped. Your order remains safely stored with us.
When you place another order, again select Combined Order and enter the number of your previous order in the order note. We will check the order, manually adjust the shipping cost to 0 CZK and send you payment details including a QR code. After payment, the new items are added to your existing parcel.
You can repeat this process as many times as you wish. Whether you place two orders or ten does not matter. Your items accumulate with us, and you can react flexibly to newly listed products without paying shipping again.
Once you want your parcel to be shipped, simply write “Send parcel” in the note of your last order. All your paid and stored orders will be combined and shipped together as one parcel for the price of one shipping fee.
If the total weight, size or value of the parcel exceeds the shipping paid with the first order, only the difference will be charged with the last order. You never pay the full shipping twice.
What is a Combined Order?
It is a service that allows you to place multiple orders and have them stored with us until you request shipment. All orders are then sent together in one parcel.
What is the minimum order value?
The minimum order value is set at 260 CZK, which corresponds to approximately €10. Due to exchange rate fluctuations, this minimum amount may vary slightly.
Do I pay shipping with every order?
No. Shipping is paid only with the first order. For subsequent orders, shipping is adjusted to 0 CZK.
How do you know which orders belong together?
With each new order, you enter the number of your previous order in the order note.
When will my order be shipped?
Only after you write “Send parcel” in the note of your last order.
Is there a limit to the number of orders?
No. You can place as many combined orders as you like.
What if the parcel becomes larger or heavier?
If shipping limits are exceeded, only the difference is charged with the last order.
Is my order stored safely?
Yes. All combined orders are securely stored until shipment.
